Kean University is a large institute that spans both Union, New Jersey and Hillside, New Jersey. The school offers over 100 different degree options between its undergraduate and graduate fields of study. It is a highly diverse school. Its location puts the college just a half-hour away from New York City. Kean University is primarily known for its humanities and social sciences programs, but it is also a great occupational therapy school. The school offers a Master of Sciences in Occupational Therapy degree that spans five years of coursework and six months of fieldwork. It also offers a Doctor of Occupational Therapy program with additional, more specialized training.

Seton Hall University



Seton Hall is located in South Orange, New Jersey. It is a private institution that is closely connected to the Roman Catholic faith. It is also the oldest Diocesan university in the nation. The campus is home to over 10,000 graduate and undergraduate students studying in over 90 different degree programs. Seton Hall is an NCAA Division I varsity athletic school with many opportunities for students to get involved, whether through sports, clubs, or volunteer efforts. The occupational therapy program includes both a graduate Master of Science in Occupational Therapy degree and a combined BA/MS in Occupational Therapy undergraduate route.

Stockton University



Stockton University is a public institution in Galloway Township, New Jersey. It is a university that offers programs in the arts and sciences as well as programs geared towards professional levels of study. There are many continuing education opportunities for its nearly 10,000 students, a student body with a highly diverse background and degree interests. The occupational therapy department offers a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. The program is two and a half years in length. The coursework consists of two years of classroom studies, a summer session, and two three-month fieldwork rotation periods.
